Responsibilities:
• Work with copy writers and translate Marketing copy, sales pitch and promotional messages from English to Japanese on web banners, Brand stores and other onsite and offsite collaterals for Japan marketplaces and own site.
• Attend regular meetings with Japanese stakeholders and understand the cultural and marketplace specific nuances and translate it to the RMT team, to help streamline creative and marketing
strategies for Japan market
• Work with Sales teams to drive Ratings & Reviews while co-coordinating on all operational activities in the process
• Respond to low ratings and negative reviews on marketplaces in discussion with different teams
• Be aware of any negative sentiments in the social media and take preventive measures on marketplaces
• Man all consumer communication lines such as LIVE Chat, email, phone call and deliver best experience to customers by ensuring fast and clear resolution to the consumer’s problem
• Evaluate consumer return requests by looking at pictures shared by consumers to approve return requests
• Respond to consumer reviews on marketplace and popular review platforms
• Drive upselling & cross selling tactics as devised by the team
• Collect and act on data for reasons of low NPS
• Increase number of fans / followers on 3PP brand pages
