Roles and Responsibility

?         Team management skills- CRITICAL

 

?         Responsible for day to day accounting and producing financial reports of Budgets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, General Ledger, treasury, monthly closure of financials and drive process improvements- CRITICAL

 

?         Ensuring all internal controls are adhered to and processes are followed ? CRITICAL

 

?         Should have experience in ensuring timely and accurate closure of books, WD +5 - CRITICAL

 

?         Monthly MIS Closing ? Ensure accuracy and efficiency of the team and the data for monthly financials.

 

?         Compliance of PF, ESI, TDS and GST payables within the due dates- good to have

 

?         Coordinate with Statutory, Tax and GST auditors for year end audit.- CRITICAL

 

Desired candidate

·      Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software

·      Must have SAP or ERP experience

·      Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills

·      Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with accountants, clients, and upper management

·      Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management

·      Strong analytical and problem solving skills
